End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and DigiClippy ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of the DigiClippy mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Description of Service

DigiClippy is a utility application that helps users clip digital coupons from supported retail store websites. The App operates by:

  • Providing an in-app browser to access store websites
  • Automating the process of clicking coupon "clip" buttons on your behalf
  • Storing your login credentials locally on your device for convenience

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only with store accounts that you own or are authorized to use
  • Comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of the stores you access
  • Keep your device and login credentials secure
  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only

4. Account Credentials

The App allows you to save store login credentials for convenience. You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
  • Credentials are stored locally on your device using secure storage
  • We do not have access to your credentials or store accounts
  • You should only save credentials on devices you trust and control

5. Third-Party Services

The App allows you to access third-party store websites. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these stores. Your use of store websites is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:

  • The availability or functionality of store websites
  • Changes to store websites that may affect the App's functionality
  • Any disputes between you and the stores
  • The validity, expiration, or terms of any coupons

6. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The App will meet your requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The App will work with all stores or all coupon types
  • Any errors in the App will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits or savings
  • Loss of data
  • Inability to clip or use coupons
  • Any issues arising from your use of store websites

8. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update the App's functionality, supported stores, or features at our discretion.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By using DigiClippy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
